If you believe in the Acoustical Society of America and the role it fulfills in the world of acoustics, you will want to make donations to the Foundation. Your contributions will go directly to support new and existing initiatives of the Acoustic Society of America. These will be new educational opportunities, improved communications within the Society, novel fellowships and scholarships as well as research grants for young investigators in all areas of acoustics. New funding to foster the Society’s transitions to electronic publishing in the areas of electronic submission, reviewing and web-site publishing is extremely important. Other new initiatives are under development. The Foundation is raising money and accepting donations utilizing virtually all forms of donation and planned-giving instruments to support ASA programs and new initiatives.
